Voice picking is an order picking technique where warehouse workers communicate with the WMS system using voice and then receive step by step guidance. This process is made possible by the online voice connector VOI, which uses Honeywell's Vocollect technology and provides support for 35 languages. This enables real-time monitoring and processing.
